If you want to return your product for a refund, you can do so within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be in its original packaging and in new, unworn condition. Simply contact our customer service team at info@volfsbane.com to initiate the return process. We will provide you with a return shipping label to send the product back to us. Once we receive the product, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Exceptions: Please note that the following items are not eligible for exchange or return:

• Products that have been washed or worn
• Products that are not in their original packaging
• Products that have been damaged or altered in any way

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange or return that does not meet the above criteria.
